Good posting re the importance of usability. My current EMR has some shortcomings in terms of usability that I didn't really appreciate until I starting looking over the fence to see if the grass was greener. This, combined with my recent experience with poor usability in selecting a car audio deck, inspired my recent blog posting on - "Stop twiddling your EMR MFC knob and opt for usability"
